I can still hear Shangri-La being played for the rotation with tigers perching upright. One of those moments you cannot erase from your mind.....
Yup Charles that tune has been a blessing & a curse to me ever since I built that 1st ball for Charly for the 64-65 turnaround I have made mirrored balls from 1 inch to 7 foot 6 inch starting in the early 60s & I can't ever see 1 without that tune playing
Long story about the 2nd ball's rotation but likely it's been mentioned before
As Performance Director Charly could be a stern taskmaster.I overheard one Show Girl say. "I'd like to somebody Giltter His Balls!
