#16 Rudy Bros.

With good lighting, the Show would look pretty good at night.....but during the Matinees, the wind would blow the side wall up and you might see some Show Kid peeing on a house trailer hub cap.
.....this Show Biz is All Right!

Taken looking south towards downtown San Diego. Park Blvd. is just to the left. The line of trees marks the drop-off overlooking I-5 and the ramp leading to north 163. This area looks considerable better today than it did in 1969 when these photos were taken.

Hubert Castle's outdoor dates also had sidewalls like this. Sure enough, the bottom was rarely tethered, and when lifted by the winds, the billowing sidewalls revealed some rather colorful goings on.
