What are Buddies For?

From Bob Cline

Buckles,
This photo comes from the Conover collection. It's dated 1935. Any idea what animal actor they are referring to? I'm guessing with the bars in the truck that the animal was in this truck which leads me towards a primate. It shouldn't be Virginia / Burma. She would have still been at the Hall farm in 1935.

"This was the bull truck, my Dad said that she loaded from a tub and as she stepped into the truck the front axle lifted about a foot off the ground and slammed down as she moved forward.
The man in the picture is Spencer Huntley who seerved as driver and somehow managed to survive."

This is "Burma" of later Mills Bros. fame, being practiced by Aunt Nellie at Lancaster in 1934, my mother being in an advanced state of pregnancy.
