It's Shawano, Wisconsin, 17th of something, in the 1910s. It's pronounced Shaw-No, as though the second "a" wasn't there.
Gollmar Bros. Circus Walter, Fred, Charles, Ben and Jake Gollmar, propriertors 1891-1896.
From 1896-1916 the same brothers except Jake were proprietors.
Probably not the 17th as the date sheets seen are with 101 Ranch paper for August 17. Only a very slight chance they day and dated.
