From what this photo shows, the Feld company can well afford to back off. There's nothing they can show her about flash and style.

She should have joined the show in Cleveland this week I believe as the bi-level train car was taken from Palmetto. Fl to Cleveland, Ohio this week to be added to the train. In years past, this car typically carried the travel cages on the bottom level and the personal cars on top. The cats had been accomodated in the newer, larger, expandable wagon cages then they were shifted to the RBBB transport cages for entry into the arena and back out side again. The animals were then shifted back into the larger cages until the next performance.

With my spelling and limited use of my hands, I take the shortest route with words. May be she can bring a little more circus to the "Ken & Nicole Incredible Shrinking Show. The former and lost RBBB.

I'm looking forward to seeing this act as I've only seen pictures. From what I've seen it appears first rate.

This talented young lady does a first class presentation with the cats on her family's show, and I know she will do equally as well on Ringling!

I sure hope George(Vincenta's dad)
sends someone to protect Vincenta from RBBB's computer genius management
they have made the RBBB the most dangerous show on earth with their meddling in the middle of the animal acts
there are no circus pros in management
I have seen her present these animals, she does a very good job
she certainly doesn't need a bunch of computer nerds telling her how to work her own act

"computer genius managers" - hm, your knowledge of their current management is pretty limited, you give them to much credit. The last of their best was booted last year.

Good luck to Vincenta, I am so excited for her. I had the chance to speak with her in Elkin North Carolina when her family came through with their show(which I always enjoy), she told she was neverous about joining the Big
Show, I told her to relax, everything would be great! She does a wonderful job presenting her tigers and I am sure she will be a big hit. The Blue show needs her sooooo badly. Hopefully she can fill the HUGE empty space if only for a few minute.
Go Vincenta!

If memory serves me Charlie Baumanns tigers rode on the bylevel car. It is very cramped in there and I had to crouch down to keep from wacking my head. I much perferred the tunnel cars that Jewell's lions rode in, we only had to share it with Elvin Bales Cannon.

Vicenta's Dad(Jorge Pages) called me, from Cleveland, Thursday evening. He said everything is going well. At first, Nicole's decision, the arena was placed just outside the back curtain, under the video screen. On Wedsday, Kenneth showed up and, the arena was moved to the center of the performing area, more lighting was added also. Jorge said all went well and the cats worked just fine. As most of you know, the Pages arena is being used. The act opens the second half of the show, and, they are tearing the arena down in 2&1/2 minutes. Jorge leaves next Thursday, for Myakka City, to start breaking a new tiger act for Circus Pages for the 2007 season. His brother, Jose, will join Vicenta for the time being. Also, her mother(Frieda) is with her at the present time. Jose, has been in W.Q.s tending to the elephants Bambi and Daisy, along with 4 new tigers, Jorge has aquired for the new act. He plans on adding 2 lions and possibly 1 more tiger.
Jorge will be a busy guy this winter.
Vicenta pulls the arena trailer behind her motorhome, at the present time.

Vicenta's Dad(Jorge Pages) called Thursday evening from Cleveland. All is going well with the cat act. Originally the arena was set, just ahead of the back curtain, and under the video screen. Kenneth arrived on Wednesday, and the areana was moved to the center of the performing area, more lighting was added also.
Jorge will stay with Vicenta, until next Thursday, then he will return to Myakka City, and begin breaking is new cat act for the 2007 Circus Pages season. He has already purchsed 4 tigers, and is planning to add a couple of lions to the act.
Jorge's brother, Jose, will join Vicenta the day Jorge leaves Chicago. Jose, has been in W.Q.s in Myakka City caring for the four new tigers and the two elephants, Bambi and Daisy.
Vicenta's mother(Frieda Logan Pages) is with her at the present time.

So today's question is: "How many circus owners does it take to spot a cat cage?"

Proof positive that RBBB doesn't know what they are doing. First, they frame the BLUE UNIT without a cat act, then when they realize they are WRONG and hire a cat act they don't know where to put the cat cage. Here's some advise: bring back the three rings and put the cat cage in the center ring where it belongs.

Does anyone know what Jorge's act for 2007 will look like i understand 6 or 7 cats but are they the white and Tabbies originally mentioned. In any event I am very excited to see the show (Pages not Felds)

I'm with Mr. McDermott. Put the three rings back where THEY belong, return this title to a circus where IT belongs, put the arena, a steel arena--not a panty-waist net affair--in the Center Ring where IT belongs, put Ms. Pages in there and let the girl work her act without inteference from the non-pros around Kenny Nothing-Can-Make-Me-A-Showmman Feld, considering they are all just going to be fired anyway.

From what Jorge Pages tells me, the act will consist of 4(four) tabbie tigers, 2(two) lions, and possibily a white tiger.
In about 3 or 4 weeks, we should know just what the act consists of. I'll let all of you know, just as soon as I find out.

Richard Reynolds says - -

When Gunther was in charge of the animals he insisited that his cats ride in thoes shifting cages but insde tunnnel cars. They were hollowed out modifications of the W.W.II hospital cars. When Bob MacDougall designed those big cage wagons with the expanding verandas (when on the lot so as to give more room to move around), they quit with the tunnell cars and the cats rode on the flats inside those big wagons. The shifting cages were stored for transprt in the lower deck of the bi-level car (sans animmals). In some years animals did ride in the shifting style cages on the lower level of the bi-level. I know the Samel act rode that way on the Blue of about 1975. It was a true mixed act with polar bear, lions, tigers and leopard as I recall (I'd have to dig out the notes I made on the show.)
